I am so glad I entered this challenge. It seems like most of the books I read these days are "review" books, so now that there is a challenge it seems easier for me to do. Probably doesn't make sense, but when I have a "dead line" it makes things easier for me. This particular challenge is hosted by
[FIKT] SHUN and PHANTASMIC READS.
I was able to get a few more done this month ;).
Junes Reviews Are:
1. Replay by Marc Levy - review here
2. Hexed by Michelle Krys - Review here
3. The Golden Cage by Kaitlyn Davis
4. Carnelian by B. Kristin McMichael - Review here
5. Perfected by Kate Jarvik Birch - Review here
and
6. The City by Dean Koontz - Review here
I hope that I am able to get this many done for next month :).

Going to go see what you thought of Hexed. I put that one aside and am now having doubts about my decision...

I thought it was a good one. Although I think it's listed as a book for 12 yrs and older, but if my daughter was still 12 I wouldn't let her read it. I think it's for a little older. But that is just my opinion
DeleteCongrats on getting so many review books read Becca! And I do know what you mean about a deadline pushing you to actually read more. I am the same way. ;) Silly how that works sometimes.
ReplyDeleteI am just better at getting things done when I have a dead line :)
DeleteYou did great. I am looking forward to seeing what you think of Perfected.
ReplyDeleteI liked it. Although the thought of having humans as pets is a bit creepy :)
DeleteI like seeing what you read. I've got to update my challenges. I keep getting behind for some reason. Probably just my crazy life and over-scheduled self getting in the way. ;)
